Darwin Skate School runs classes and lessons for all levels for all ages and all skill levels.
We use Marrara Indoor Stadium for our indoor classes unless otherwise stated. As we do not have a skate rink in town, our classes do not cater to skate hire, door sales, canteen etc.
Remember to book all events online, and as early as possible as classes are in high demand and often book out. Our bookings are currently linked through our online skate store Shiner Town.
skate gym
Skate gym is our signature class. It is a group skills lesson hosted indoors through the school terms. Catering to all levels, including level never, join up and start your journey now.
We currently use Marrara Indoor Stadium on Friday nights. New skaters are welcome, and
we even have our unique Play Skate group for tiny skaters of any age.
Ramp skating
Skate parks can be scary, and can get very fast paced. Darwin Skate School ramp skating workshops are for quad skaters wanting to learn beginner to intermediate skills in the skate park. We hold these classes in the dry season depending on demand so let us know if you're keen for tricks, and we can put together a crew.

Lord of the littles! Libby is the master wrangler in our cray cray tiny Play Skate class. From ages 2-6, our epic tribe of baby skaters have the most fun with creative games and activities to keep them on their feet and building foundation skills.

Our assistant coach in the PlaySkate group. Amelie is fantastic with our little skaters, assisting with all aspects of the program.
Hannah
This Darwin Legend loves teaching beginners on flat ground and ramps and loves to go longboarding. Hannah works closely with DSS as a LAUNCH Darwin representative
An absolute brilliant addition to our coaching lineup. With a teaching background, our Skate Gym skaters are well looked after with coach Emma.
